DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Don't be fooled by Scott Steinlight's "nice guy" "yes-you-to-death" first impression. I did and regretted it every step of the way. The work is sloppy and careless. Work discipline is non-existent. Forget working all week long, NOT ONCE did they work even 3 days in a row. Always had an excuse, therefore never meeting deadlines that they were supposed to. No-call/no-show is very common with him and his crew. Getting him on the phone becomes very difficult too, especially as you get further into construction. Ironically, when it was time for him to collect a payment, he was conveniently available. This guy was cheaper than my other quotes, but the "you get what you pay for" has never been more applicable. Do yourself a BIG favor and look elsewhere. People need to know about this guy.
