Over 50 years ago, Caryl Baldwin, a dry goods merchant from the High Plains of West Texas bought 800 acres of rolling hill country in beautiful Lampasas County. Over the following decades, his family's love of this land flourished with the Polled Herefords they raised and Coastal Bermuda hay they cultivated.
