I had a road hazard tire blowout on one of my Michelins purchased at your company. The next morning I contacted Mike, manager of store #974, 7980 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson, AZ to inquire about replacement under my Road Hazard Warranty. In about two minutes, he had found my tire size at another store, said he would have it there that afternoon and would call when it came in. At 4:00 p.m. the same day, Mike called, said he had my tire and I could come in immediately to have it put on!!! Shortly after 4:30, I drove home with my new tire installed!!
I was flabbergasted, extremely appreciative and surprised at the VERY EXCELLENT customer service he gave me. This was not the case with the last manager. With Mike, it was 1-2-3, done. I very much want you to know what a wonderful manager you have in Mike and so am sending these accolades in order for him to be honored for his service--to me, other customers and Fletcher's. You are aware how important this is for your company, and I, for one, will not hesitate to purchase my next tires there when necessary--if Mike is still there.
