I read great reviews about your Brevill BFP800XL and was very excited to purchase it. When I called your company at 1-866-273-8455 to get more info about it first, I got a recording that asked me to give my # so they could call me back which I did. I waited all day yesterday for them to call me back. They did not call. I called again today, 3/29/16, and I waited on hold for 30 minutes, until the phone clicked and disconnected after waiting the 30 minutes. I noticed on the Better Business Bureau website that Brevelle has been rated poorly regarding not standing behind their warranty, which really gave me red flags. I wanted to call so they could assure me that their company would stand behind their food processor. However, when I was unable to reach them, 2 days in a row, I became extremely disappointed in their customer service.
