Art Lilly designed a beautiful blue heron tattoo for my foot. I've seen other people with fresh tattoos that look swollen, bloody and scabbed, but when Art was finished with my tattoo, I was amazed I had absolutely no pain, no swelling and no scabs, none what so ever! He does beautiful work.
