We have shopped at Truly Yours almost since they opened. But our recent experience sent us over the top as fans of their store and their owners!! We had bought a rug from them 3 years ago and it was beginning to show wear and we were going to have to replace it. We stopped in Truly Yours to check out the rugs and prices and when talking to the owner, explained about the rug we had purchased 3 years ago....he immediately said....You are not going to buy a new rug...that should have lasted at least 8-10 years before major wear was showing. He is contacting the manufacturer and having our rug replaced for us at no cost. How great is that!!! Thank you, Roy, Judy and Andrew Rector for running a business with great products and great service...We will be back again and again.
