Today I am adding a "WO_MAN" domain and in need of unique plumbing fixtures, I located White River Salvage. On entry I was greeted by a pleasant lady who listened to my interest and then led me to a room with old fixtures but none which met my need. As I was leaving I nearly bumped into a tub which was outrageous. It was a gaudy reddish-pink marble tub with matching toilet, and two hand basins in the shape of an oyster shell with gold spickets. I loved it!, even the push button on the toilet which I viewed suspiciously. Here, I discovered as well that the lady giving the tour was the owner Debbie Keys who was the perfect host. She advised me that this beautiful bath ensemble came out of a 19th century home in Indianapolis which stands to this day. What a find and what a new friend in Mrs Keys. I could spend the day browsing in this unique shop. Fun way to spend a beautiful fall day.
