Very Unprofessional and they will allow anything to go on at your home they are supposed to protect. What they do is not fix things for the tenants, charge you any way and play a middle ground to pit the homeowner and tenants against each other. After we dropped them and managed our own property the previous tenants gave us statements against Horizon and their practices.
