Had a great customer experience from one of your store managers on the evening of 1-07-2013. The store was at BCBG Max Azria outlet @ Vero Beach, 1824 94th Drive #B110, Vero Beach, Fl, 32966. (772) 562-0094. The manager is Sarah at that location. We traveled through there the day before and found a beautiful pair of boots, exacting what my daughter in law had been searching for for months. After a mix up with with another store failing to hold the last pair for her after her arrival to pick them up and great disappointment on the part of my daughter in law, I called Sarah. We were hours away from her store. Sarah very kindly held the shoes beyond closing and allowed us to stop in to purchase as soon as we could arrive. Sarah was very kind, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Now that is customer service that you as a company should be proud of. Your have a beautiful store, product and most importantly an employee you should value. She has such a strong work ethic . By the way my daughter in law is thrilled with her beautiful new boots!
