My one experience with contractor Phil Vyner was really really really N E G A T I V E.. I pre-paid for some materials for a job he was to do @ my place -- and of course he never did the work (it's now 4 months since the job was to have been completed... he never showed after he got the pre-pay check for most of the job). So - I am filling out the papers to drag Mr Vyner into small claims court. I am seriously looking forward to this. Rumor around north raleigh is - he has fled to other parts of Wake county because his reputation had finally caught up with him. Do not do business with this man. Thank me later.
