During a significant house renovation, our contractor recommended Bay Painting. There were less expensive options, but he assured us the quality of work would be well worth it and it turned out that he was absolutely right. The Bay Painting crew put an exceptional effort into the preparation (filling holes and cracks and sanding) and showed impressive attention to detail resulting in a beautiful paint job both on the interior and exterior. This was over 6 years ago.
Recently, Cathal (owner) stopped by and said he wasn’t happy with the way the white trim on the exterior was holding up. It was looking a bit dingy - I think primarily due to mold that seems to be the bane of all houses with white trim here near the oceanfront. He’s had a crew at the house for the last 4 days repainting the exterior trim at no cost and once again, it looks great. I think this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered and considering that, along with the quality of their work, I would, of course, highly recommend Bay Painting.
