Millcreek township used them to install sewer system in my neighborhood. Unfortunately I had to pay what they've invoiced me for my sewer, rather than fair market value! The bill was very expensive, upwards 10K for indoor sewer installation. Later they've added another 2K to hook up my bathroom in my garage! For the money i've paid i thought it would've been really good service, but it was less than mediocre installation! Now my house has this very large and loud pump, pipes running everywhere and shaking the first floor. Everytime pump runs, my whole house shakes, low frequency loud noise fills our house like a subwoofer. Water meter installed never worked. Its been like this for over 2 years now and we are still can't get used to it, making our lives miserable. After the installation Pollard said we could've gotten the outside unit for additional charge. Installation plan and how this system works never communicated prior the installation. My water well, water filtration system was disconnected, rendering expensive unit useless. They've dug around my house for connections and never bothered fixing the lawn. Each time I've contacted them, Mr.Pollard told me that this year is a bad year for growing grass. Finally I had to fix my lawn and grow the grass, even though this was paid for! No after installation follow up or checkups! No communications of installation plan. Now i have to spend more money to get this fixed.
