“We had our septic system rehabilitated about 4 1/2 years ago and decided to use the White Knight Microbial Process. At the time the use of aerobic bacteria was new technology for single residences but we were anxious to embrace the new process. Using the White Knight, the environmental impact is certainly lessened, the functionality is supreme and the impact to our budget was (and continues to be) significantly less than a traditional system. The fact that the process satisfies Massachusetts Title 5 requirements was also instrumental in helping us reach our decision. We gave this system a try in hopes of it helping our family a couple of years ago, it was the worst experience of my families life! To this day - have never been scammed or treated so poorly. The system is NOT ODORLESS. Bob SIlva did not provide any customer service to my family. Once he had his deposit money and the system was installed, he became arrogant and unhelpful. My family was not happy with the odor the system gave off, we received no help to problem solve a solution. We had system taken out. Bob SIlva kept our deposit money for over $3,000! There was a money back guarantee in contract if system did not solve problem - they kept our families money anyway. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
