5 stars. i have a under privlidged family and this affordable houseing company makes me feel like i live in a luxery apartment. all of the complexes are in goood shape adn are incredibly clean. they are safe for children and very affordable. my family is an unimployed family from guatamala and they make us feel like 1 milloin bucks.
