Irving House was built as a two family house and converted to lodging early in the 20th century for housing Harvard students. There is a variety of rooms to accommodate a wide range of travelers from rooms with one single bed, bath across the hall, to rooms with private bath to accommodate up to 4 people. Off street parking is included in the rate. Breakfast is also included, with a menu offering both sweet and savory options, locally sourced and organic where possible. Afternoon snacks and beverages are available until 11pm. The house has no elevator; there are rooms on four floors and the dining room, guest laundry facilities, guest refrigerator, ice and chilled water are all on the basement level.
