High Country, a Denver-based leading provider of retail millwork services, seems to be unable to make the payment for the outsourced millwork drafting project for the last three months already. What is more, the staff keeps on ignoring calls, use a “meeting” as a constant get-away or simply say “the payment is being processed”. The project, having been provided to the company in the far May with no delay or complaint, hasn’t been paid-up to this day. Despite the revenue of casework company comprises $50.4M, on the 26th of August the company’s accountant said, “We are currently at a lack of funds to make the payment”. The staff turnover is another evident fact we observed while dealing with the delay. Since May, three project managers left High Country for good. Our messages via email and voicemail were ignored by all of them. Therefore, it is up to you whether to start/keep working with High Country.
