We first called this company to get an estimate. Mr. Akridge spoke to us over the phone on a weekend. Our first impression was that this was someone we could trust, someone who would do the work right, and someone who would still be around if we needed him even after the project was finished. We knew he would not let us down.
Our job took two days build as he said it would and provided the sound reduction as well as privacy we had wanted. Our house is off of and we have had nothing but compliments about the fence. Strangers have even stopped and knocked on our door to ask us who built our gorgeous fence. It was exactly what we wanted and are glad we chose them to do the work instead of another company.
Since the job has been finished, we stay in contact with Mr. Akridge, who on several occasions has done other work for us. He has always returned our calls promptly, and even saved us hundreds of dollars on materials we needed for ourselves, without making a penny off of it.
Our advice is that if you have the choice of having this company to do work for you or another company, even if their price may be a little bit higher, it will definitely be worth it in the long run. I have lived in the Athens area for over twenty five years and would not recommend anyone else for your fencing needs.
