I hired Mark to change my 3 belts on my riding mower in September 2020 because one of the belts broke and the mower would not run. After he completed the belt change/repair, I test drove the mower and noticed the clutch/brake did not work properly. Mark lied to me by saying that the belt flywheel had the old belt residue on it and it would take a week for the residue to burn off. I called him the next day and advised him the mower was stuck in gear and I couldn't shift into neutral. Mark said he would come and fix the mower. I contacted him 20 times over the next six months and he failed to come back to fix the mower right even though he was paid the full price to repair my tractor. I then advised him in March 2021 that I would get someone else to fix my mower since he refused to stand behind his obligation to guarantee customer satisfaction. I contracted another mower repair and they said the wrong belt was put on my mower and found more wrong with the mower besides the belts and they fixed it properly. I asked Mark to refund my money since he failed to guarantee his parts or work. He refused and told me to stop contacting him. He wanted to refund the price of 1 belt for $40 when I paid another company $400 to fix the mower right. I checked his business online and he is not licensed with the State of Florida or Hillsborough County or Pasco County, Florida, nor with the Better Business Bureau. I would stay away from this business, the owner lied to me, took my money, and refused to repair my mower over an extended period of time. I can provide documentation on the above.

The guy give you a quote after looking at the equipment, but after the repairs the cost increase 15 to 20% above quote. It took him two months to return a push lawn mower. He gave a final price of 50.00 on the phone but arrived with a 72.00 bill. Please run and run fast if you see this guy for lawn equipment repairs. A moonlighter in repairs that has no integrity or customer service ability.
