Avoid at all cost. If we could give zero stars we would. Jerry is NOT licensed to tile. Jerry requested thousands of dollars up front as a deposit. We now know it should have been $1000 or 10% of total job, whichever is less. After 4 months of him working on our master bath, giving us every excuse why he couldn’t show up, working for a couple hours at a time, we determined he installed the shower pan improperly and our upstairs shower did not drain. We had to hire a licensed tiler, demo the ENTIRE shower and start again and pay again. We are so relived we did. Our new licensed tiler determined our shower was not done to code and would have caused catastrophic water damage from our upstairs master bath and shower leaking to our downstairs. To add insult to injury when we reordered our tile to start our shower over again, we confirmed with the tile company he overcharged us by $1500 all the while he told us he was saving us money by ordering the tile on his behalf.
