CMS is an architectural fountain design firm working with landscape architects to design significant water features such as the National WWII Memorial CMS acts exclusively as a fountain design consultant and like most architectural firms is structured for consultation, document production, and construction administration. As such, we are dedicated advocates for architects and their clients. We are not involved with installation or component supply and have no incentive to impose proprietary conceptual design or materials onto a project. Our design process is a collaborative effort, enabling CMS to execute a scope of work harmonious with client needs while addressing environmental, architectural, technical and budgetary concerns.
