OASIS, Inc. The Luis Oasis Senior Center is operated by the Orcutt Area Seniors In Service, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. We provide commodities distribution (free food for qualifying members), a daily lunch program, homeowners and renters tax aid, PACE, and more. In collaboration with Allan Hancock Community College we host classes in senior aerobics, yoga, painting, drawing, etc, and groups for bereavement support, such as ceramics, creative card making, the Oasis Ukulele Band,...
