I can not believe how Kay Hunt (the hoa president) talks to future investors and current residents. As long as Kay Hunt has anything to do with the association, I will not be investing a dime into the place! If you are on the fence about this place, do yourself or your loved ones a favor and find another association to live in unless you want to be harassed and bullied on a regular basis. This woman has tons of allegations against her but somehow is still able to abuse her power and discriminate against the community she is in charge of. (Which, by the way, is AGAINST FLORIDA LAWS THAT GOVERN FLORIDA HOME OWNER ASSOCIATIONS AND FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATIONS.) I will be putting in formal complaints through governing agencies across the state of Florida next. The owners of this corporation have not taken this woman out of her position, allowing further abuse of the authority they have given her and to me in my opinion, that is neglecting the elderly in which the association is put in place to protect!!! Felony type charges are what should be placed on her for all of the abuse and tyrannical misuse of power she brings to the association daily, but for some reason, the corporation can not even take the steps needed to fire her. 🤔
