Our company is licensed by California Dept of Motor Vehicles to perform auto and vessel liens for the general public.
Our company was formed almost 20 years ago in El Dorado County, California, to assist repair garages, service stations, body shops, towing companies and storage facilities in obtaining a certificate of title for a car, truck or watercraft abandoned and/or unclaimed on their property due to the failure of the customer not paying for the work performed on their vehicle and/or choosing not to pick up their vehicle for some reason or another.
