This is the worst office ever. The staff is incompetent, and management is even worse. the rules for this program apparently have been since its inception so the people who work here are just brainless drones who work at an memorized pace. They have no notion to think outside of the box, must less use the brains that God gave them/ Just call and ask a question and you will almost laugh at the inability of most of the employees to complete a legible sentence....It might be funny if it wasn't such a shame to have people working in a customer service, people oriented business and not care one bit about the people they serve. 90% of the people who work for a county office only care about the CHECK. If you have to do business with this office, contact those is management, operations manager or office manager or call Supervisor Antonovich office and go to the top. The people working in county offices bank of the fact that they serve the underserved and underclass and is not one bit worried that anyone is going over their heads.
