MUST READ BEFORE YOU BOOK A SERVICE WITH THEM Booked a performer for my daughters 5th birthday with them in Feb. A "clown" was booked as well as a Minnie Mouse. I was told that the first half of the performance she was to be in a clown costume but she was dressed in a vintage sun dress and a sun hat. Clown was supposed to play games with the kids do magic tricks and balloon twisting. all i got was balloon twisting from them. Although i must add that when the performer left and came back as Minnie Mouse.It was a great hit with the kids. I have complained to them about the services rendered and they have offered me a 50% refund. i was happy with this. But because of my previous yelp post that i deleted out of fear. Let me explain, I was threatened by a woman named Rose who stated she was the manager of the company. She and another employee, seems like the only two there though they keep changing their names threatened my life and threatened to do harm to my wife and I as well as my child because of a poor yelp review. To be specific I was told my wife would be stalked, my 5 year old daughter would be harmed as well as myself because she knows where i live do to me paying with a credit card. They have also charged more to my credit card. The amount that was charged was supposed to be my refund but they charged me an extra $100. I have filed a police report due to the threats and if it continues will have to take legal action or maybe even take it into my own hands depending
