I would not recommend this plumbing service to anyone! I own a property in Covina and this company was contacted through my home warranty service. We had a faucet leak...the leak was repaired but the faucet was altered so that the levers had to be pushed down to turn on instead of up as they have always been. A1 rooter came out to repair and we were told that they would not make the correction to return our faucet to the functionality we had prior to their service. I spoke with the owner Walter and he was extremely rude...he would not even allow me to explain the circumstance/situation. We are now going to have to have another plumber come out to repair the additional problem caused by A1 rooter. Very rude, and unprofessional service. we own 5 other properties in the area and we will never use this company again.
