Beware... Beware... if I could give them less than 1 star I would! They (Danette, Phyllis and Jerry) will take your money and run...they are in no hurry to complete the job, nor do they start the job within their own time frames. We gave them a deposit. They don't return calls, they have every excuse to why they haven't started the job or why they don't return calls... Their contract says they will start and complete the patio cover within 5 to 7 weeks. We had to call the state board of contractors, city of Modesto, Better Business Bureau, we waited 12 weeks the job was never started and we did get our deposit back after numerous calls, certified letter and emails. I have been assured by the county that they will look further into this company. From what I understand, their license has been suspended, they are not approved by the BBB, and the list goes on and on. This post is my option of Crystal Clear...They are bad news!
