Found leak on rook installed 2 1/2 years ago by Lifetime Roofing 3901 SE Commerce Ave., Stuart, FL 34997 that included a 5 year warranty against leaks. .Found leak after heavy rain last month from rain band from tropical storm Isaac.When I called I was told that if damaged by a name storm warranty is invalid.Since then I had an adjuster and two qualified roof contractors confirm that leak is caused by couple of nails not sealed correctly during roof installment, which had nothing to do with the storm.A very minor repair that will stop the leak.I have called LifeTime repeatably and left emails showing picture of the nails causing the leak, none which I've received responses to.This is clearly a warranty issue and qualifies as a repair by LifeTime Roofing as part of the contract.I am clearly shocked of the unprofessional handling of this issue
