My wife and i purchased a 2014 epic bay boat from here in May and was excited to be dealing with Craig himself at the time but it has all turned out to be a very disappointing experience. It all began when i took delivery of the boat. I noticed that the custom casting seats that Epic offers as i ordered with the boat was replaced by cheap 20 dollar west marine seats. i have also had a big problem with the sea star hydraulic steering ,,,its just to stiff to operate safely..and other things.. I live two hours away and brought it to him to fix . it was there 9 days and they said it was ready. I drove there to get it and it had never been tested out so i took it to the local boat ramp and sure enough no change in the steering and no seats..... he tells me I'm not trimming it right... so any way I brought the boat back home and called Epic. They have worked out a deal with another dealer of theirs to correct the problem ,,,, Please be very careful of these people and learn from my mistake in a buying a boat from them... just go back and look at there service department before you buy,,,, You have been warned ,,,,Big T
