She was the one who told me to come back with the Georgia Power disconnect "CARD"not the acutual bill before the co-op could help me with payment. When the card arrived, I brought it to her, she stood back amd began "Yelling", I was so stunned and embrassed, I looked at ther for a moment with rage in my heart, I just turned around and went home crying! It took me this long (less than a week) to calm down enough to write you. I am disabled and still in need of assist with rent and utilities. Since that day I have borrowed $135.00 to and is in need of $306.00 to catch up on the two months on my mortgage. I am behind and Georgia Power has asses an additional $150.00 for my being late "twice " this year. I have contacted and sent in an complaint in to PSC. I am hoping to hear from them soon about a financial compromise. I recommend for the sake of your company aim to help people in my position, that you counsel said person to find why she is so angry and disrespectful, she is NOT a compassionate representative of your company goals!!!
