FTH Provides Person-Centered Service Planning, Residential Training And Supervision For Adult Individuals With Mental Disabilities And Their Families. From the Heart homes are located, just minutes away from beautiful parks, libraries,shopping centers ,and theaters, which are all very convenient. The residents participate in many community organizations such as Special Olympics, Churches of their choice, dances and activities given by various organizations, volunteer work, and individuals belong to self advocacy groups. They carry out their personal business in the community like banking and shopping with assistance from staff members. We offer 24 hour care and assistance, while training residents for maximum independence, activities of daily living; eating, bathing, dressing, laundry and supervised medication management.
