When moving into a mobile home park, knowing that it is managed by Hawkeye should give you some peace of mind, because now you know that you are going to be living in a lovely park managed by trustworthy and hardworking people that are extremely kind as well as adept at helping and understanding and then fixing problems that the tenants have or problems with the park. However, I haven't had many problems here at the Twin Pines park in Yucaipa, and I am sure you will not either. To Hawkeye, you excel at giving people a great place to live!

I lived at Green Valley Mobile Home Park in Yucaipa, CA for two years before becoming the Resident Manager. The two years of being a tenant was great. Park Management was envolved to make sure that when there was something needed to be repaired or replace that it was done a timely manner. Management was very understanding on issues with my coach and made sure that I was happy. The prior resident manager was retiring, so I had presented an application for the position. For the past three years I have been the resident manager. Hawkeye is a great company to work with. My boss is so knowledgeabe and can walk me thru every detail for each and every issue as well as making sure the park is managed in a professional manner. The staff at corportate are wonderful to work with as well as helpful in every aspect the of management, With all consideration from Corporate, upper management and myself I feel like the tenants are happy and enjoy living in Green Valley Mobile Home Park

Whenever you have a problem, just call or talk to the management and they will promise to fix it right away and will do anything they can to help you if your problem is financial. Even at the beginning, the staff makes sure they know what your needs and issues are so they can make your living experience all the better.

Clean and well kept parks! I have happily lived in Green Valley Mobile Home Park for 2+ years and Twin Pines is just a block away. The managers really care about the overall wellbeing of the parks and their tenants. Maintenance crews are constantly attending to the needs of the parks and to the needs of the tenants and their mobile homes. Hawkeye, the management company, actually calls you back when you leave them a message. They are consistant in collecting the rents, which tends to piss some people off, but hey - you have to pay your rent on time anywhere you live or they're going to hound you about it. At least you always know what to expect from the managers and the management company. Great place to live! I would highly recommend either park.
