Dear Steve, We did it! I can't speak for you but closings feel better to me than just about any other part of this business! Not only is it time for our clients and customers to finally start to relax a little after weeks of tension and stress, but we get to measure the value of what we have done with a paycheck and the satisfaction of a job well done. Mast Realty is horrendous! This owner Steve Mast is the worst Realtor I have ever come into contact with and I am taking him to court. Steve Mast not only is incredibly rude, disrespectful and conceited (none of which is against the law), he is also a terible businessman. Steve Mast fixes issues in homes with the cheapest labor(some unlicensed contractors) to Rig things to look like they work long enough to get the renters off of his back. This is the experience of many people renting from Mast Realty. Please dont take my word for it, look at the place you rent from him with a grain of salt and interview the neighbors to ask of their experiences with Steve Mast. His staff all are trained to lie to renters, Olga even told me a plumber was fixing my bathroom while we were talking until I expressed to her how impossible that was considering I was in bathroom talking to her about the issue. Please dont use this business, I have to give one star or they wont let me post a review but my real post is a Negative 5 Stars!
