Jus twant to say that this is the MOST unprofessional company Ii have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They were sent by the Home Warranty program and not by my choosing. They initally took 10 days to fix my AC and then didn't even get it fixed the first time. Within 3 days the Freon had leaked back out. We were treated with an VERY non-customer service attitude from what turns out to be the owner!! I did not twist his arm to contract with the warranty company so he should take his frustration out on me and my family. 6 kids home from school in the summer... I am sure he works for a lower contracted rate thru the warranty co... that doen't mean the customers should get lower quality service.
