Hello! I was interested in purchasing a home in the Watermill Master Association (Cornerstone section) off Argyle Road near Oak Leaf Plantation in Jacksonville, FL. I had some questions in regards to the association. I had called on Friday Oct 28th and spoke with OLIVIA FITVH. Olivia was extremely rude and would refused to help me. She insisted that I get infor from my realtor. I asked what the fees are and she replied "I don't know". I asked what did the association do, such as cut grass etc. Her reply was "I don't know, contact your realtor" I asked if I could print out a rules and guidelines and she said there is a fee and that I could print it out myself off the county records. I just moved to this state so I had no idea what website to go to as I was confused on which county. She gave the website, but I couldn't understand her. She was speaking to me on speaker phone and it was noisy in the background, sounded like a radio or TV was on. I asked her twice to pick up the phone as I could not hear her. Her response was "NO! I will not pick up the phone, I am in the middle of something and I am busy. Contact your realtor" I thanked her for her kindly helping me and she hung up on me. Wow. Just wow. At that moment I decided that I do not want to live in this community. I will be paying close to $200 a month for what? Her behavior, lack of knowledge and refusal to help is utterly unacceptable. This woman is getting paid and refuses to perform her job properly
