I am very unhappy of the treatment I received at this facility. My daughter who is ill was being treated at a facility in Delray and we were going to try Equestrian therapy at Johnsons Folly Farm. I sent a check for $150 dollars since I am out of state to prepare for the therapy. Unfortunately my daughter had to be transferred to another facility out of town. I called and spoke to Stephanie and told her we could not do the therapy due to my daughters illness worsening and to not cash the check. She proceeded to cash the check days later and is now REFUSING to refund the money stating that we made arrangements for treatment so she is entitled to keep the money! We did not make an appt we were waiting to see if she improved her blood pressure was dangerously low and the heat being outside could pose a threat. I am appalled at how I am being treated and how they have total disregard for the ill and disadvantaged clients. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. They want the MONEY without preforming any services.
