To start off, I called them and asked for a quote to change my heater core, and I already knew they would have to take out most of the dash to get to it. They told me $500. Scheduled my appointment. They apparently had to replace another part which was behind the dash; they never informed me about it or called me about needing it replaced. This part was an additional $123. Mind you, I also supplied them with the AC Delco heater core. So then I get there and my total bill is $936, not the $500. I get in my truck and my interior is completely trashed with their garbage; the control panel for my power drivers side seat is broken and just hanging there. Grease all over my front seats. Everything that was in my center console was also just thrown in my back seat; including my expensive GPS that I had hidden in the very bottom of the console. Needless to say, I will never suggest anyone to take their vehicle to these people. Did they do this because I'm female? Maybe, it wouldn't surprise me. If I could rate them a -5 star, I would.
