I have a question for probation and… I have a question for probation and parole. Are you not linked in with the circuit and distrcit court for cases that clearly violate diversion???????? Mickey and leslie carlton had drug charges in 2010 placed on 3 years diversion, april 26th theft over 700.00 placed on diversion again?????????????????????? June speeding and no insurance. 3 clear violations. How is it they keep getting their hands smacked when they are clearly habitatual criminals. Theft, drugs, no insurance speeding. Where I come from when a person or persons are place on probation it is a clear violation of it to be in ANY contact with the law. I would love an answer on this.
