I was a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Started off with them when they were in Buzzard's Bay. Then it changed ownership at the end of February. What is most disappointing is that the new ownership and staff lied to the customers about it and said that Ty and Nina were just on vacation and would be coming back. They kept up this lie for weeks even after if became obvious that Ty and Nina weren't coming back. I looked in the public record and it had legally changed hands prior to the beginning of the lie. I will never do business with people who will outright lie to keep customers. Also that isn't even a lie that you can keep up for very long... I am not the only one who has taken my business elsewhere. If they can't even tell the truth about who owns the business, can you really trust that they are licensed, following health code, etc.? I'm just so disappointed about this.
