When I first moved here I loved it. Since the first company left and someone else took over I wish to not be here any longer and praying to move soon. This company has no problem wanting their move on the 1st of every month but when there a problem in your home or your air is out you have to wait for days before it is fixed. They do not care if you have a heat stroke inside your unit. However, if they don't have their rent money on the first they will be quick to put eviction on your door. There are snakes on the property that comes out in the summer, the company doesn't put anything down to keep them away you have to buy it. While snakes come out you are responsible for cutting the company's grass, mind you these houses are not rent to own. They always got a new company, rent goes up every time you look around. They keep raising the rent but you can't get you air fix until days later, meanwhile, you're in a how the house and they don't care because it's not them. Then you have to hope that the maintenance man show up to your house and hope he didn't forget. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone unless they are all with everything I've said. There are elderly people here that can't get out and cut their grass so they have to pay someone to do so, what if they are on a fixed income? These people don't care about anything but getting rent money, they could care less if you are uncomfortable, as long as they get their rent money.
