If you are looking for incompetence, then you're at the right place. They will submit claims to insurance without ICD codes, submit partial claims and fail to include all the CPT codes, they will stop and refuse to do anymore pre-authorizations when there are 10 business days left in the month, and belittle you and bite your head off when you ask any questions about the claims. So many claims get denied due to untimely billing and they still don't take any responsibility! So disappointed!
