This company does not pay their vendors. We had to threaten to take them to court. They hide behind the managers of their apartments, who will never put you in contact with decision makers. It's been a nightmare and I would recommend you avoid dealing with this firm. If you are entering into a service agreement with any apartments in the Southfield, Michigan area, I would advise you to do your research on who owns it.
