I had paid in advance for trash services from Bob's Disposal from November 1, 2020, thru January 31, 2021. Bob's failed to pick up my trash five times between December 24, 2020, and January 11, 2021, so I discontinued the service on January 12, 2021. The company promised that I would receive a refund on my advance payment in 10 days to two weeks. I still have not received my refund in spite of calling the company repeatedly over the last two months. Customer service is extremely poor, and it's almost impossible to get through on the telephone. Is this any way to run a business?
