We saw firsthand how the industry's incentive structures, focused on contract lock-in and billable hours, consistently worked against client outcomes. We built Gateway Services around a different model: small, dedicated account teams with deep knowledge of each client environment, transparent SLAs with real accountability, and a genuine interest in making our clients' infrastructure simpler and more reliable over time. Today we serve over 340 organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services, primarily mid-market companies with between 50 and 2,000 employees who need enterprise-grade infrastructure management without building a full internal IT department.
