Never rent from Larry Ness. We are never notified when people are coming to service the house. When the house is serviced, nothing is cleaned up. Larry is very hard to work with. He doesn't care about your opinion of him or the house you are renting, he only wants your money. He always brags about how he owns 20 properties, so he has much more to worry about than your house. We moved into the house with doors off their hinges, sticky floors, an overgrown yard, spiders, sinks that didn't drain, internet and cable cords that hung down into the back porch, broken windows, and a leaky roof. The day we moved in, he promised that it would all be taken care of. A month went by and nothing was done. Code Services was called in, noting an entire page of things that were not up to code. Larry's service repair men come at all times of the day, never giving notice, smoke outside the property, and leave a mess wherever they work. Please research any properties that you are looking to rent and make sure that Larry Ness is not the landlord. He will cause you problems from the day you move in until you move out. The One Star review is misleading. He does not deserve even one star.
