I will never order another Arrangement from this location again! I placed an order on October 9, 2012 with the delivery date for the same day. I placed a called to this location and was informed right away that the delivery would not be made on the day promised. My call was to correct the address of the delivery, which is not even 5 minutes from the location and was informed that it would be delivered the next day October 10, 2012. The owner claimed a deliver attempt was made, it was not. She also informed me that phone calls were placed several times and they were not. The person the arrangement was for had to pick of the item themselves at the Upper Marlboro Location! Terrible Service all around!
