Follow through customer service sucks! I bought a car from them in November. They had just had some work done on it and it was supposed to have come with 2 working key fobs. I got 3, but only 1 worked! I pointed this out to the salesman BRIAN BROWN before leaving the dealership. He asked me to buy a new battery and fax him the receipt if it didn't work. I did this the very next day. He said he would contact the dealership that did the work on Monday. I never heard back from him. Numerous emails were completely ignored. The service I received before this issue was good, but it won't make up for the complete lack of customer service BRIAN BROWN has shown since making the purchase. I'll advise anyone I meet who's in the market for a car to NOT make a trip to Barker.
