This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a garbage company. We signed up for service the week before Thanksgiving. They dropped off the garbage can fairly quickly so I had high hopes for their promptness. They might have picked up our garbage one time before Thanksgiving, I can't remember. We got a notice saying that we were going to be switched from Thursday pick to Friday pickup. Friday came, no pickup. I work all day and didn't know this until I got home. Some kind of animal got into my garbage and made a huge stinky mess because the garbage wasn't picked up on time. I'm annoyed and frustrated with the animals but whatever, life happens. Maybe they just forgot that day or had weird Thanksgiving hours or something. I give them the benefit of the doubt. I call them Monday and let them know that they didn't get my garbage. They said to pile up the garbage in bags near the can if it doesn't all fit and they would grab all my garbage the next week. awesome right? nope. Being not sure if they had their days mixed up or not, I left the can out both Thursday and Friday, all day. I leave for work at 5:30am so unless they pick up Thursday morning before daylight, they missed another day. I call them again on Monday and they said the same thing. They'd be there. I confirmed with them that time my address and pickup day/time which was Friday around 10:00am depending on route taken. Once again, I leave the can out Thursday morning to Friday night. This is attempt 3. Three weeks without garbage pickup. I've got like 8 bags of garbage out there from Thanksgiving and a house full of boys. Friday night, I get home to a HUGE mess of garbage. Racoons are eating like kings at this point. Took me close to an hour to clean it all up. It was all over the yard like it was a competition to see how far they could drag garbage. I called them that night and left a very angry phone call. I may have been heated at that point a little but did not request that my services be canceled yet. I did say that if they did not pick up my garbage this week, I would cancel, demand a full refund, and leave negative reviews on as many sites as I could find. About 10-15 minutes before writing this review, I received a phone call from them saying that they canceled my services. I didn't argue or fight it. I just want out at this point. So, here's the first of many 0-1-star reviews. Save yourself some time, buy a garbage trailer and take your garbage yourself. Its way cheaper than pickup service. Like a quarter of the cost. And there's a landfill in St Anthony near Broulims.
