Joel Matlock is perhaps the most responsive contractor (of any specialty) I have worked with. I am a Gen. Contractor in California with years of working with specialty contractors. Joel's company has done and continues to do all the plumbing in my Columbus home (an old 1900's house) - much of which takes a creative approach to accomplish.. He is on time, supervises his crews closely, charges fairly. His crew always shows up dressed appropriately, they don't blast the radio or throw cigarette butts on the ground -- and they always put the toilet seat down.
