If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Don’t bother stopping here. Find another nail salon. I couldn’t get a last minute appointment at my regular shop, so I stopped here. I got the dip powder that typically last 3-4 weeks and has never chipped. I asked the lady not to buff my nail too long with the machine so they wouldn’t get thin. She said she was not thinning them out. She basically ruined my nail. It started chipping the first week. I was out of the country with embarrassing nails. When I returned yesterday, I stopped in the shop. They said they only give 3 day guarantee and they only work there. The owner wasn’t there. I ask who can I speak to. They said I can come back the next day to talk to Dona. I called Dona this morning and she said they give two weeks guarantee for dip powder but it has been 13 days for me when I stopped by yesterday. They will not honor a guarantee. I explained that I was out of the country and had no means to come back to get this matter addressed. The purpose for me to get the dip powder was for it to last me while I was traveling. They didn’t care. Since I purchased on my credit card, I am disputing through my credit card. I even considered small claims court for damaging my nails. Just principle. I like to work with people who care about my well being. A responsible person. Not someone who only cares about a dollar regardless if they are doing harm to their customer. It will take me time to nurse my nails back to health.
